Ayush Sharma
A Voice Rooted in Tradition, Rising with Passion
Where Discipline Meets Artistic Exploration
A dedicated Hindustani classical vocalist and educator, Ayush Sharma brings nearly a decade of immersive training and performance experience to his musical journey. Grounded in the rich legacy of the Gwalior Gharana, his taleem began under the mentorship of Shri Vishwajit Bhattacharya ji, who guided him in both classical and semi-classical forms. He continues his traditional training under the tutelage of Anshuman Bhattacharya ji, deepening his command over raga structure, voice modulation, and nuanced expression.
A graduate of the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts, Delhi University, Ayush also holds Junior and Senior Diplomas along with the prestigious Sangeet Prabhakar title from Prayag Sangeet Samiti. His accolades include several state and national-level awards, notably the 40th Surtarang (2023)—a national event by Sangam Kala Group, telecast on Doordarshan.
From performing at premier stages like the CBSE 90th Anniversary Sammelan at Vigyan Bhawan to mentoring young voices, Ayush balances tradition with a progressive teaching approach. At the heart of his pedagogy lies a commitment to vocal discipline, raga clarity, and performance readiness—fostering not only skill, but a lifelong love for the art of Hindustani music.
